Shareholders voted in favour of each of the matters considered at the Meeting, including electing each of Dr. George Adams, Robert Hodgkinson, Hugh MacNaught, Fiona Fitzgerald, Randy AuCoin, and Dr. Alvira Macanovic as directors of the Company to hold office for the ensuing year, appointing MNP LLP as the Company’s auditors for the ensuing year, authorizing the board of directors to set their remuneration, and re-approving the Company’s stock option plan, all as described in the Company’s Information Circular dated October 2, 2023.
