Ramsay is never afraid to put out all the cards down to go after what he wants. Gordon Ramsay is more than just a TV personality whose attitude flames up almost as quickly as a gas stove. Behind the temper that the entire world has come to know and love is a man who managed to build his entire career around something he genuinely loves.

His career sprouted into so much more than being your average chef and TV star. Hell’s Kitchen mainly impacted his life, that he decided to combine various aspects of his career to make an online slot game that everyone can enjoy. If all goes well, maybe even jackpot games, roulette, and online baccarat might be on the horizon.

Throughout his working life so far, Gordon Ramsay can check off movies being a star, author, world-renowned chef, restaurateur, and even slot game creator off his list of career paths. But no matter what new business venture he tries, they always revolve around one thing— cuisine.

Insatiable Hunger… Not Only For Food

While one might stick to the culinary arts after acquiring 16 Michelin Stars throughout his career, that is not enough for Ramsay. Food is indeed a passion of his. However, it is not the only passion that he has because above and beyond him being a chef, he is also a businessman in charge of restaurants, media, and consultancy. All of this, alongside him being a well-known TV star.

Ex-Soccer Players Turns Into Chef

Before Gordon realized his potential in the business world, he took his chance in sports. But, unfortunately, as much as he wanted to become a professional soccer player, a sports injury took that opportunity away from him.

Nevertheless, this uncovered his talent elsewhere. Specifically, North Oxon Technical College, where he completed a course in hotel management. After which, he perfected his culinary skills under some of the world’s most legendary chefs, such as Albert Roux, Joel Robuchon, and Guy Savoy. As a head chef in 1993, he was in a 3 Michelin Star restaurant La Tante Claire in Chelsea. Coincidentally, that also happens to be the number of stars he received for his first restaurant, which is one of London’s longest-running restaurants to hold this award.

Gordon Holds More Than Restaurants

His first solely owned restaurant, Gordon Ramsay at Royal Hospital Road, was opened in 1998 and is still in service to this day, along with the other 34 currently owned restaurants. That, however, wasn’t enough to satisfy his business needs as he ended up moving to the big screen with Hell’s Kitchen and several movies. Alongside that, he launched a production studio where he can flourish on the other side of the screen.

All of this culminated in the establishment of Gordon Ramsay Holdings Limited, which he co-founded with his father-in-law. Given that all the business ventures he wants to follow are all in one place, the process of selling, purchasing, and opening new businesses is much more efficient. Considering he sees himself as a workaholic with approximately only 4 hours a day off, this seems like an appropriate business move.
